Delete your Challenges account

1. Open the Challenges app and sign in.
2. Tap “Profile”.
3. Open “Settings”.
4. Tap “Delete my account”.
5. Type DELETE in the field provided, then tap “Delete permanently”.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If your account is linked to Apple, Apple will ask you to confirm with your Apple ID: this also removes the link between your Apple account and Challenges. You then receive a confirmation email.

Send an email to info@challengesbelgium.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

Your account and sign-in credentials, your profile (username, picture, bio), your calendar, your favourites, your entries, your challenges, your friends and friend requests, your posts, your settings, your saved location and the notification identifiers of your devices.

Events you suggested that were published remain visible, with no link to you.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove Challenges’ access in your Google account settings.
